Using our services
You agree to provide accurate shipment, cargo, pickup, and delivery information and to comply with applicable laws. Quotes may change when the information supplied changes or operational conditions require an adjustment.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after Nerve Logistics accepts it. Charges, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any additional fees will be communicated during the booking process or in an applicable service agreement.
Cargo and delivery
Customers are responsible for lawful cargo, suitable packaging, and accurate documentation. Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, safety requirements, and events outside reasonable control.
Insurance and liability
Any cargo insurance is governed by the relevant policy terms, limits, and exclusions. Liability for loss, delay, or damage is determined by the applicable service agreement and law.
